First, I am packing the protein and upping my calorie intake. In order to achieve my 2 lb increase a week, I am eating 4,000 calories a day (hasnt happened yet). My stomach feels like I am harboring a full size panda.
Second, I am increasing my core strength. This includes ab routines, stretching exercises, and a fusion of yoga/fitness/pilates. Pretty soon, Pierce Brosnan will be weeping at my fruit-infused abs.
Third, lowering the reps and stepping up the weight. I feel guilty writing this because I am lazy and haven't really done this yet. Oh well.
Well with any bit of discipline and some illegal help, I should like this in a couple of weeks:
