Choose Your Own Adventure

So there has been a lot of talk around my life about satellite churches with pastors on video. Its an interesting idea that provoked a thought. Wouldn't it be so much easier if the speaker was always on video? No more prep, no more wondering what will be said, just walk over to the DVD library and you have a message tailor made for whatever service you want. Then I thought how about making interactive DVDs where the video pauses and the congregation reacts to a question or a thought.

But even more awesome, what if the DVD pauses and a menu drops in and the church gets to decide where the message will go...a funny story, a clever illustration, a Bible passage, an alter call, a closing prayer, you name it...literally. It then becomes an Sunday School Shout Out or Satellite Church Scene It. Now we have a church completely run by the people who care and completely heretical.

I like it! You could even try one with David & Goliath and then maybe a Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego one. Eh?
