WGA Strike

Production companies need to appreciate their writing staff. It is not easy to produce such delicious treats as The Office, Lost, and 24 when you are not being compensated for DVD sales, iTunes downloads, and network website promotions while the big wigs with their greasy hair, private jets, Fiji water and comfy dress socks profit from ad sales. Therefore, in an act personal refusal to not cross the picket line (as if I ever had the chance) I am refusing to complain about the lack of "new" or "hilarious" episodes of my favorite evening addiction. I realize this is a bit extreme and I might not last, but I am encouraging one and all to join me in this quest of nonviolent resistence to network oppressors.

P.S. There is an informative blog on Jenna Fischer's myspace page regarding the strike. (Myspace.com/pambeesley)
